It has been known for thousands of years that what we eat, how we exercise, and our environment all have a major effect on our health and well-being. Eating the right foods, taking appropriate exercise and having a good environment will all combine to help promote a long, healthy and happy life, whereas many of today's common chronic illness, such as obesity, heart disease, type II diabetes, cancer and mental health conditions, are all associated with a poor diet and lifestyle. Yet still, the mainstream medical profession STILL places too little emphasis on the importance of diet and lifestyle in preventing  disease.

Through my Diet and Nutrition Consultations, I aim to educate you to make choices that MINIMISE your risk of preventable diseases and MAXIMISE your health and well-being throughout your lifespan. I will do this by suggesting holistic changes to your diet and lifestyle,  based on both current scientific research and traditional Ayurvedic nutrition. ​Anytime is a good time to review your diet and lifestyle choices. However, it can be particularly beneficial if:

  • You have digestive problems
  • You have high blood cholesterol
  • You have type II diabetes
  • You have had a recent illness or health scare
  • You are pregnant, thinking of becoming pregnant, or breastfeeding
